Department of temporomandibular joint, salivary gland and cleft lip and palate surgery is the teaching and clinical basement of  such mentioned diseases. It houses35 beds and has a staff of 13 doctors with 22 nurses .It is high-ranked in the field  in China . The scope of diagnosis and treatment include:

1. Temporomandibular joint disease and facial pain, such as temporomandibular joint disorders, temporomandibular joint trauma, temporomandibular joint tumors

2. Oral and maxillofacial deformities, such as congenital cleft lip, cleft palate,

3. Salivary gland disease includes: salivary gland inflammation, salivary gland stones, salivary trauma, Sjogren syndrome and salivary benign tumor ;

4.  Orthognathic surgery related diseases, such as mandibular protrusion, mandibular deviation, maxillary development, facial bone deformities;

5.  Oral and maxillofacial trauma and infectious diseases such as dislocation of the teeth, condylar fractures, and maxillofacial interstitial infections.

6.  High-tech include: radiofrequency thermocoagulation treatment of trigeminal neuralgia, endoscopic treatment of salivary gland, distraction osteogenesis in the treatment of maxillofacial deformities.
